Wake Tech East Campus Master Plan

The Master Plan encompasses 7 academic buildings and is centered around the student experience, how the campus can visibly signal commitment to the local community, and promote a Future-Forward orientation. The primary goals of the plan were to create state-of-the-art learning opportunities, establish a strong sense of place for students, faculty, and community, and provide orderly growth for the campus to meet future space needs in support of Wake Tech’s mission. The central core of the campus is composed around a helix shape that expresses a connection to nature by organizing buildings around a more organic landscape site area and provides views to a prominent natural wetlands area. The result of the study is a resilient framework plan with a full build out capacity of new academic buildings, a parking garage, and outdoor training areas for driver training, fire, rescue, and public safety.

• This event is in person. There is parking on-site at the NC State Club.
